At Heartfelt Comfort LLC, every package we send is prepared with care, intention, and love. We want your order to arrive safely and in a timely manner so it can bring you the comfort and healing you deserve.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future—please reach out if you’re interested!)
Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days** after processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but once a package leaves our hands, delays with carriers or weather are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
If your package is lost in transit, please let us know—we’ll do our best to assist you, but final resolution may depend on the shipping carrier’s policies.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Heartfelt Comfort,, we pour care and intention into every product and package we send. Your satisfaction and comfort mean everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.
Returns
Due to the personal and healing nature of many of our items, most products are non-returnable** once opened or used (such as oils, teas, or custom comfort boxes).
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, we will guide you through placing a new order after your refund (if applicable) is processed.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email us at support@heartfeltcomfort.com within 7 days, including photos if possible. We’ll do our best to replace or refund the item.
